These Terms govern your use of the account handover portal operated by Starmont Gaming ("we", "us"). By redeeming a code on this site you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

We deliver digital gaming accounts that you purchased through a third-party marketplace (for example G2A). After you enter your redemption code, first name, email, and marketplace order ID, we create the account and hand it over to you through the in-portal live chat. Handovers are performed manually and typically complete in under an hour, but may take up to 24 hours.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate name, email, and marketplace order ID.
• Keep the redemption code and any credentials we share private.
• Do not resell, share, or use accounts in violation of the underlying game or platform terms.
• Do not abuse the live chat (spam, harassment, illegal content).

Redemption codes

Each code is single-use and tied to the email you enter at redemption. Attempts to reuse a code with a different email will be rejected.

Refunds

Because purchases are made on the third-party marketplace, refunds are handled under that marketplace's policy. See our Refunds page.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Starmont Gaming is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of your jurisdiction of residence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
